We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence to guide our development teams. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for leadership, technology, and a dedication to delivering best-in-class, scalable solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of fullstack applications and AI-driven solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for our developers, ensuring requirements are met with excellence.
- Oversee code quality, best practices, and performance optimization across development projects.
- Mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering growth, teamwork, and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are achieved efficiently.
Core Qualifications
- Proven experience in fullstack development, with deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, with hands-on experience in deploying AI models.
- Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
Preferred Experience
- Expertise with AI frameworks.
- Prior experience in a consulting role, with a focus on client engagement and delivery.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
