Job Title: ICT Specialist

Location: Riffa, Bahrain

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 3-5 Years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or Related Field

Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-user support, Office 365 and Azure administration, basic networking, and supporting IT operations across our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support and resolve day-to-day technical issues (hardware, software, connectivity).
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, email policies, teams and security configurations.
  • Coordinate and support IT setup for new office locations, including LAN, CCTV, wireless access points (WAPs), and hardware rollouts.
  • Administer Azure resources, including basic VM/storage/network services.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate procurement, and liaise with various vendors.
  • Perform routine system checks, backups, and infrastructure health monitoring.
  • Support identity and access management through Entra ID and Other platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, including device management via Intune, security and compliance via Purview etc.
  • Manage basic network and firewall settings, domain/DNS configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-first mindset.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
