Job Description – Frontend Developer (Junior / Mid-Level with Design Focus)
Position: Frontend Developer
Department: Technology / Digital Products
Reports To: Senior Developer / Head of IT
Location: Bahrain (Hybrid / Onsite)
Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with a strong eye for design and user experience. This
role is ideal for someone who not only writes clean and responsive code, but also understands
layout, color balance, typography, and UI aesthetics. You will be responsible for building
modern interfaces for our web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless, fast, and visually
engaging user journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop responsive web pages and interfaces using React (or equivalent frameworks).
• Translate UI/UX designs from Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch into high-quality code.
• Maintain consistent design language, branding guidelines, and layout standards.
• Optimize pages for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement new features.
• Assist in design improvements, animations, transitions, and interactive elements.
• Support A/B testing, user feedback changes, and UI refinements.
Required Skills & Experience
Category Requirements
Core Frontend React / Next.js / Vue (any modern framework), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
(ES6+)
UI/UX Tools Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent — ability to interpret and refine designs
Design Skills Understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and responsive structures

Soft Skills Attention to detail, creativity, willingness to learn and iterate
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Experience with TailwindCSS, Styled Components, or SCSS

• Knowledge of basic SEO and performance best practices
