About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the development of our digital ecosystem across two fast-growing luxury service brands. The role includes managing software updates, new applications, AI integrations, and third-party booking system connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT projects (planning → execution → delivery)
• Oversee development of mobile apps, CRM modules, booking systems, and internal tools
• Coordinate with internal teams and external developers
• Implement AI-powered features to improve operations and customer service
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability
• Provide technical support and training across international offices
المتطلبات
• 3–7 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of web/app development, APIs, and integrations
• Experience with AI tools or automation projects (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
