NOC Engineer
Location: Bahrain
Responsibilities:
-
24x7 NOC operations providing support to Corporate and SMB customers
-
Coordination with clients and other service providers to ensure timely resolution of complaints
-
Handling of customer complaints
-
Providing technical support
-
Network troubleshooting
Requirements:
-
Knowledge of network troubleshooting and configuration
-
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in networking within the Telecom industry
-
Willingness to work in 24/7 shift duties
-
Juniper certifications preferred
-
BSc / BE in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electronics
-
CCNA certified and CCNP certified
-
Male candidate (preferably for 24/7 shift work)
-
Ready to join immediately
-
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
