Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable solutions and services from K-Soft's portfolio.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales team to customize solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Payment follow-up and ensure that payments are received as per the payment terms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
4. Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
5. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
6. Time management and organizational skills
7. Self-motivated and driven to succeed
8. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
