Summary:
يهدف دور مدير ورشة لحام إلى إدارة العمليات اليومية في ورشة اللحام، بما في ذلك تحديد الاحتياجات للمواد وتوزيع المهام وضمان جودة الإنتاج.

Job Responsibility:
- تخطيط وتنظيم أنشطة الإنتاج في ورشة اللحام وفقاً للمعايير المحددة.
- مراقبة عمليات اللحام وضمان تنفيذها بكفاءة وفقاً للمواصفات.
- توجيه وتدريب الفريق العامل على تقنيات اللحام الحديثة والسليمة.
- ضمان سلامة العمال والتقيد بقواعد السلامة والصحة المهنية في ورشة العمل.

Candidate Requirements:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال اللحام.
- معرفة واسعة بأحدث تقنيات اللحام والمواد المستخدمة.
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- قدرة على قيادة فريق العمل وتحفيزه للتميز في الأداء.
- شهادة باللحام أو درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية تعتبر إضافة قيمة.
