B2B Marketing Manager
Job Overview: The B2B Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategies and initiatives to promote our B2B e-marketplace platform in the region. This role involves managing both online and physical B2B marketing campaigns, building vendor relationships, and driving growth in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Onboarding and Engagement:
- Market to potential vendors and key accounts to invite them to register on the marketplace.
- Assist with the onboarding process, providing support and guidance to ensure smooth integration.
- Develop initial marketing communications to engage and attract new vendors.
- Support the successful operation and flow of B2B orders on our e-marketplace, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the marketplace's presence in the region.
- Work to create and execute promotional campaigns, both online (e.g., email marketing, social media) and offline (e.g., key account marketing, trade shows).
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
- E-commerce Marketing:
- Leverage digital marketing techniques to drive vendor engagement and customer acquisition.
- Utilize tools like email marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media to increase marketplace visibility and traffic.
- Track and optimize digital marketing performance metrics.
- B2B Physical Marketing and Travel:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and vendors through direct interactions and physical marketing efforts.
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote the e-marketplace platform.
- Be prepared for frequent travel to meet with vendors and key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Provide vendors with insights and recommendations to optimize their performance on the marketplace.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing reports and insights to the management team.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance marketing outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in developing and executing both digital and physical B2B marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in e-commerce marketing tools and techniques (e.g., email marketing, SEO, PPC, social media).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently for B2B marketing efforts.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in B2B e-commerce marketing and business development is beneficial.
