Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to users within our organization. The IT Support Engineer will troubleshoot issues, set up equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Job Responsibility:
1. Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues such as software, hardware, and network problems.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment.
3. Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
4. Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
5. Document and track technical issues and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
3. Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
6. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
