Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary:
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will provide strategic financial insights to senior management and ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial laws.
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance on financial decisions.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and propose risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in financial audits and ensure accurate and timely completion.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Professional certification such as ACCA,ACA IFRS or equivalent is a plus.
