Job Summary:
As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing various HR programs and initiatives within the organization. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
- Lead the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on HR-related activities for management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Certification in HR CIPD
