We're currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to join us in our early-stage journey. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in fostering a diverse and vibrant tech community. We're looking for someone who brings a wide range of technical skills, enjoys collaborating across different areas, and is ready to take on various engineering challenges. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of building scalable backend systems, takes ownership of projects from start to finish, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on our technical vision. Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects
- Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and the team
- Recruit, interview and develop your own interview questions, while fostering the culture of excellence, velocity and humility
- Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns
Requirements
What You Need
- Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality products and features at scale.
- Ability to translate business and product concepts into practical engineering solutions.
- A desire to thrive in a dynamic environment and continuously improve your skills.
