The UI/UX Frontend Developer is tasked with creating engaging and effective user interfaces for our web applications, ensuring the best user experience while maintaining high standards of coding and design consistency. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring user engagement and ease of navigation.
- Translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop interactive and responsive web designs.
- Apply best practices in UI/UX design and frontend development.

- Maintain and improve the website, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure design consistency and integrity across all platforms and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in UI/UX design and frontend technologies.

Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of CSS preprocessing platforms like SASS or LESS.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- An eye for clean and artful design, possessing superior UI skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Frontend Development: Minimum 4 years (Required).
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Preferably having experience in integrating user interfaces for complex web applications.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with user testing and research methodologies.
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
