Job Description

 

The role of the Business Development Manager is to lead the sales and marketing activities.  The role involves expanding our customer base and creating new business opportunities. ( AWS, IT Solutions, Cyber Security Solutions and Services)

The role requires excellent communication skills with an ability to open new business accounts and boost sales, and forge strong relationships with clients.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Expand customer base and increase quarterly sales revenue.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to the law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Payment follow-up and ensure that payments are received as per the payment terms.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • The ability to sell ideas, products, and services (AWS, IT Solutions, Cyber Security Solutions, and Services)

Requirements

  

Sales and Business Development Skills : 

 

  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Extensive market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software. 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, International Business, or any related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of the new trends in technology is a must.
  • Understanding of the market is a must.
  • Must have worked in a technology-oriented organization.
  • Must have a database of clients and contacts in various organizations 
  • Understanding of digital security, infrastructure technologies, and Cloud technologies is preferred
