Interior Designer & Site Engineer

We are looking for an Interior Designer & Site Engineer to handle both design and site responsibilities.

The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D designs, renders, and 2D technical drawings, conducting site visits and measurements, supervising interior fit-out and finishing works, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are executed according to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior design, technical drawings, materials, fit-out execution, and site supervision, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.

Proficient in creating professional 3D interior designs and renders
- Ability to prepare 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings
- Understanding of practical execution of designs on site
- Experience in visiting and supervising project sites
- Capability to follow up on interior fit-out and finishing works
- Skill in supervising and coordinating workers and subcontractors on site
- Attention to detail in checking measurements, materials, workmanship, and finishing quality
- Ensuring site execution aligns with approved design and drawings
- Ability to solve technical and execution issues on site
- Experience in monitoring project progress and coordinating between office, site team, suppliers, and management
- Background in both Interior Design and Site Engineering to fulfill the combined responsibilities of the role
