Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator to manage and operate our internal IT infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and SaaS environments. This role is responsible for the reliability, performance, and day-to-day operation of identity services, endpoints, servers, cloud platforms, and internal applications.
The position focuses on infrastructure stability, automation, observability, and operational continuity, ensuring that systems and services are available, scalable, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Identity, Endpoints, and Collaboration Tools

Administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365
-
Management of user accounts, devices, access rights, and lifecycle processes
-
Endpoint provisioning, configuration, and policy enforcement
Infrastructure and Cloud Operations
-
Operation and maintenance of on-premise and virtualized server environments
-
Administration of cloud and hybrid platforms including AWS, OpenStack, and Kubernetes
-
Monitoring system health, capacity, and availability
-
Performing updates, patching, and routine maintenance
Monitoring and Reliability

Implementation and operation of monitoring and observability using Grafana
-
Supervision of system and application performance

Identification and resolution of infrastructure issues

Proactive prevention of service degradation and outages
Internal Applications and CRM

Strong background as a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer

Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune

Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms and virtualization technologies (Openstack, Kubernetes)

Comfortable with scripting, APIs, and automation
