Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our AI agent. You'll create seamless experiences across web applications and API integrations, ensuring our enterprise solutions are both powerful and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web applications and chat-based coaching experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for enterprise software
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement user-centered solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Support product strategy and prioritization

Requirements

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise application design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise software, chat interfaces, or AI/ML products
